Michael W. Rogers is a 25-year insurance professional who has served in executive management of golf and country club programs for over 15 years. Prior to T2Green Insurance, Mike served as Executive Vice President at Venture Programs. He has expertise in underwriting management, form and product development as well as established relationships in marketing and distribution. Earlier in his career, Mike was in property brokerage with NIF Group and in property underwriting with United National Insurance Company and United States Liability Insurance Group.
Katherine Scott, brings 10 years of experience in the insurance industry both in claims and underwriting, having worked with a diverse range of accounts – from personal lines clients to some of America’s largest delivery service providers. Throughout her career, she has earned multiple performance and recognition awards, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and her drive to exceed expectations in every role. With a strong foundation in insurance, Katherine combines a customer-centric approach with an analytical mindset, ensuring she delivers personalized, accurate service to every client.
Taneisha Johnson is a seasoned commercial underwriter and operations specialist with over 20 years of experience. Prior to the T2Green Insurance Program, Taneisha served in senior underwriting and operations at MunichRe Insurance, Old Republic Insurance and Hartford Steam Boiler. Taneisha brings the needed combination of underwriting and operational expertise to T2Green that has contributed to the programs’ growth and profitability.
Ryan McMahon has held underwriting positions at AXA XL, Global Indemnity and Hartford Steam Boiler prior to joining T2Green. He is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University
Spencer worked at United States Liability Insurance Group prior to joining T2Green. He is a graduate of Penn State University.

Working through every claim
In the event of a claim, we’re here to facilitate the process by helping clubs, insurance agents, and our A rated insurance carrier work through any questions or issues. This collaborative, results-driven approach creates a level of understanding and customer convenience that’s difficult to achieve without specialized experience in this class.
K2 Claims Services, LLC is our designated third-party claims administrator for the T2Green program. K2 Claims is a customer focused company dedicated to handling your claims promptly while providing superior service at every step. K2 Claims has a 24-hour call center for submitting claims along with offices located in all U.S. time zones which allows for expanded business hours. K2 Claims understands the Golf and Country Club industry and well experienced in handling claims unique to this class.
